Happiness

Be Happy and Cherish Moments to remain in Mind

Hey everyone, I hope you all have been safe and staying home because of the COVID-19 pandemic that has flipped our life upside down. Regardless, I hope that you all are taking the time to have fun and spending time with your family and loved ones.

Today’s blog post discusses the importance of happiness, which I find is quite appropriate for our present, chaotic circumstances. The emotion of happiness can act as an anchor in any given situation and circumstance, however, it is up to you to decide whether you will let it anchor you to the ground or let you sink in despair. Regardless, life continues to thrive and prosper without us interfering in it. Do not worry about things that are out of your control, because you cannot control everything. I won’t pretend to understand what kinds of challenges you all may be facing, but just take it one step at a time and think about the next right thing to do, while you are home with one another.

If you are alone take up a hobby or try something new that you may have been wanting to try for some time but were reluctant to start.  Do what makes you happy and also do the things that make you feel excited, in turn forgetting about all the sadness that is taking place in the world around us.

I strongly believe that happiness should be the center of one’s universe and whatever is orbiting one’s happiness should align like they are stars of passion. Let your heart guide you on a journey within yourself to find new goals and passions that have the potential to open up new possibilities for you.

Be happy, be yourself, love yourself and cherish the people close to you in your heart. During the tough times and good times, there will be family, friends, colleagues who will be there to cheer you on, celebrate with and support you when rough times rear its head. These global crises can prove to be a perfect beginning to connect with people who you would generally not get time to talk to due to our regular busy lifestyle. The world is slowed down and nature is recovering from our torment we cause with all the pollution and dangers. It is the perfect time to see nature in its full beauty and splendour. Be happy, go for walks, talk to people, but exercise social distancing.

I want you all to understand that this setback is not worth worrying about because it is out of our control; all we can do is continue to be happy and cherish the moments we have and spend time with each other but most of all support one other in this hard time.

Happiness isn’t what you find at the end of the road. It’s right here. Right now

I want to conclude by saying that “Happiness is to viewed in moments you spend in the fun with one another or with doing an activity that you enjoy.” Don’t let these times be the times that bring you down, because happiness will continue to rein you in from desperation and all the chaos that is present in the world. So be happy to live your life to the fullest in these tough times.
